Hello and welcome to Term 1 of 2019!
I am really excited to start at Woodstock School. I’m sure this is the beginning of a great year in Juniper class.
We will be learning new stories, developing our writing and spelling in the Talk for Write sessions. Pupils will be developing their mathematics skills through the maths mastery lessons.
Added to this there will be Forest School sessions, gardening sessions and Judo workshops.
Our topic this term is the Heroes and Villains. During this topic we will think about:
- Both famous and non famous heroes and villains
- How does it feel to do good things and bad?
- Which feels best and why?
- Can you do a good deed that changes the world?
